Harrington Bridge Housing Program Harrington Street Bridge Housing Apartments, case management provided residents who have been identified as being homeless or at risk for homelessness to secure permanent housing in 1-5-month time period. Contact Us

Health and Housing Case Management Services RHD case manager provides supportive services needed to address the barriers of consumers to stabilize clinically and secure housing. Case manager provides services to person in need of housing with behavioral health issues who also have significant co-occurring medical issues. Contact Us

Pleasant Garden Pleasant Gardens is a licensed supportive residential setting for adults who have a diagnosis of an intellectual disability.  Residents may also have a dual diagnosis of a mental illness (DD/MI) and behavioral complications. Contact Us

Remote Monitoring (Pilot Project) RHD provides the master lease, utilities, and furnishing; the Remote Monitoring Pilot Home will allow eligible individuals to experience independent living through the use of Assistive Technology. Contact Us

Coming Home (A Justice-Involved Permanent Supportive Housing Program) RHD, in partnership with Alliance Health, has collaborated with the Durham County Housing Authority, the Durham Local Reentry Council, and the Durham Criminal Justice Resource Center to create the Coming Home Program.
