Health and Housing Case Management Services RHD case manager provides supportive services needed to address the barriers of consumers to stabilize clinically and secure housing. Case manager provides services to person in need of housing with behavioral health issues who also have significant co-occurring medical issues. Contact Us

ESH (Enhanced Supportive Housing) Housing provided for persons with serious and persistent mental illness. Members of the team work together with the individuals served to promote and maintain the highest possible level of functioning in the community. Contact Us

Varsity Crest  This community residential program provides a variety of flexible services to individuals with diagnoses of serious mental illness who are coming out of a psychiatric hospital setting. Contact Us

Varsity Crest Intensive (VCI) This program offers same pioneering approach and staffing patterns utilized at Varsity Crest to community members who need more intensive support than what is offered at our other programs. Contact Us

Coming Home (A Justice-Involved Permanent Supportive Housing Program) RHD, in partnership with Alliance Health, has collaborated with the Durham County Housing Authority, the Durham Local Reentry Council, and the Durham Criminal Justice Resource Center to create the Coming Home Program. Contact Us

Community Transitional Recovery Program (CTRP) is to provides short-term assessment and recovery supports to individuals who have high and complex needs exiting institutions or other acute crisis settings to further prepare them for community-based living and to plan for community inclusion. Lednum Transitional Recovery Program (LTRP) This program offers the same innovative approach utilized at CTRP to community members who need more intensive support than what is offered at our other programs. Contact Us

Wake County Bridge Housing consists of two locations, each including three bedrooms. Each participant will have their own private bedroom, refrigerator, and microwave as well as a shared full kitchen and living room space. Contact Us

Cumberland County Bridge Housing consists of six locations, five of which are three-bedroom homes for participant housing. Each participant will have their own private bedroom as well as a shared full kitchen and living room space. Contact Us
