Meet Our Team
Kate Croll is the in-house case manager at Street2Feet Outreach Center. She has been with RHD since summer 2018. Kate’s undergraduate degree is in Sociology/Criminal Justice. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Communication Arts at Marywood University. She has worked in the human service field for ten years and has a passion for advocating for others.
Jack Morris is the Outreach Case Manager at Street2Feet. Jack’s role consists of going out into the community to engage with current clients, attempting to locate new clients, and building relationships with other agencies and community members to better serve the homeless population, and much more! Jack started out as an intern in September 2018 and was hired after graduating from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work in December of 2018. Jack loves to interact with the clients and strives to develop great client case worker relationships with each individual that comes through Street2Feet’s doors!
Ariel Mejia currently attends East Stroudsburg University and is studying the profession of Social Work with a minor in Psychology and a certification in Crisis Intervention. He will graduate with his BSSW in May and plans to attend Kutztown University to further proceed with his education. He has been serving the homeless population of Monroe County since February of 2019 working with RHD as the Coordinated Entry Specialist at Street2Feet.
Elizabeth Bogart has been the site supervisor for Street2Feet Outreach Center since they opened their doors in 2014. She has been helping to serve the homeless & low income population in the Stroudsburg area for the past 10 years & grew up not too far from the area she is currently serving. She attended Penn State University for her bachelors and more recently graduated with her MBA. Elizabeth cannot imagine herself doing any other kind of work & feels rewarded every single day by the opportunities and support that the Street2Feet team provides their clients.
