Street2Feet
Street2Feet is part of RHD’s Crossroads Community Services and, with the financial support of the Emergencies Solutions Grant, serves the homeless population of Monroe County. This grant provides half of the funding necessary for us to function and requires that the other half is provided elsewhere such as by the local community, and supporting donors. Services include case management; linkage to mental health services; linkage to Drug & Alcohol services; medical clinic; dental clinic; and vocational support. The population served ranges from those in risk of homelessness to actively homeless, including up to six months of ongoing support once housed.
