RHD Camden Supportive Housing

RHD Camden Supportive Housing is part of the MATI (Medication Assistance Treatment Initiative) compiled by the New Jersey Department of Human Services Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services. This initiative utilizes the Intensive Supportive Housing team to provide comprehensive, recovery-oriented case management services to individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The team provides services in the home of program participants that both ensure their long-term tenancy and help them to identify and access resources in the community that will help them achieve their long-term recovery and wellness goals as well as their ultimate goal of independence. Camden Supportive Housing strives to provide the finest of case management services while embodying the values of RHD and embracing the tenets of Harm Reduction and Housing First.
