Project Advantage

Project Advantage is permanent housing for homeless women with a mental health diagnosis and a history of chronic homelessness defined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The staff of Project Advantage assists residents in dealing with barriers to independence by teaching life skills and connecting them to resources that are necessary to improve their quality of life. Ultimately, residents will learn to live as independently as possible within the broader Philadelphia community.
