RHD Montgomery County Homeless Services

RHD Montgomery County Homeless Services offers a safe place to stay and assistance for individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them transition towards independent living. The program is a partnership between Your Way Home, Montgomery County’s Office of Behavioral Health, and Resources for Human Development. Located in Montgomery County, PA, this program specifically caters to single adults without housing in the county. Clients have access to dedicated caseworkers who aid them in finding permanent housing and applying for necessary benefits. Additionally, we provide practical support such as laundry facilities, transportation, meals, clothing, and essential life skills training.

To access these services in Montgomery County, individuals can contact Your Way Home at 610-278-3522.

CHOC, RHD’s homeless shelter on the grounds of Norristown State Hospital, closed in June 2022. Montgomery County Homeless Services continues to provide support to the unhoused residents of Montgomery County in its place.
