Supported Adult Living Teams (SALT)

The SALT program provides a variety of flexible services to individuals with serious mental illness in their own rent-subsidized apartments. Services are based upon the individual’s needs and include case management, crisis intervention, counseling, medication monitoring, skill building, and any service needed to assist the individual in maintaining his/her independent living. By offering permanent, affordable housing options, along with more flexible and focused support services, individuals with mental illness have a real opportunity for community living.
