RHD DeFuniak Springs

RHD DeFuniak Springs is a community-based clubhouse model and day program serving adults with developmental disabilities. Includes training in activities of daily living, pre-vocational skills, job exploration, volunteer services, work enclaves, community resource utilization, community organization participation, recreation skills, residential rehabilitation, respite care, and personal care services. In 2002, the program expanded to provide supported living services.

Ella earned a job at Healthmark Regional Medical Center with support from RHD DeFuniak Springs staff, and was named Employee of the Year in 2015. Ella has been a RHD’s DeFuniak Springs program since the program was founded in 1998. Learn more about Ella’s story here.
