Returning Citizens
Returning Citizens provides housing opportunities for up to 25 individuals with behavioral health challenges and a history of homelessness who have excited the city prison system. The program provides each individual with a housing opportunity and wraparound support services to help achieve housing stability, recovery, and long-term independence.
