Remote Monitoring Program
RHD North Carolina’s Remote Monitoring Program is a safe and secure service model that can be used to alleviate the need for live staff during overnight hours and ultimately promote sustained living independence in community settings. Remote Monitoring is available to RHD North Carolina residential programs on an as-needed basis. The program uses Assistive Technology and Remote Monitoring services provided by Night Owl Support Systems, LLC (NOSS).
