RHD Harmony (originally Concepts) has served individuals with intellectual disabilities in traditional CLA residential settings in the Philadelphia area since 1988. The foundation of our success is our commitment to caring for the whole person. This commitment has supported people with challenging behaviors to develop positive lifestyles and gain greater access to their communities. RHD is a center of excellence, where individuals with special needs have a choice and voice in their life’s journey.
