Delaware ACT Plus

RHD provides an “outside the box” intensive outpatient mental health program for adults with severe and persistent mental illness for whom traditional services have proved unsuccessful. The ACT Plus model allows for individualization of services to a degree not typically available. ACT Plus receives all referrals directly from the Enrollment Eligibility Unit (EEU) at the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) following a Level of Care assessment by PROMISE determining an ACT Plus Level of Care recommendation.
