Pleasant Garden

The Pleasant Garden Program is a licensed 5600(c) Group Home that takes a trauma-informed approach in providing services for up to 4 adults with mental health and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities. Staffed 24 hours per day and 7 days per week, RHD provides a variety of services tailored to meet individual needs and person centered goals. Residents have their own bedroom and live in a community-based single-family home with a focus on further developing life skills and activities of daily living that are essential to increase community involvement and independence.

Program Participants may choose to receive services including medication management from RHD’s psychiatrist or choose their own provider.

Please direct all admission/referral questions to ncreferral@rhd.org or Dametra.Harris@rhd.org.
