Quaker Hill

Quaker Hill is an independent living housing setting nestled in historic downtown Wilmington, DE. Quaker Hill receives funding from the State Rental Assistance Program (SRAP) to provide people living with a mental health diagnosis a chance to reside in the community with minimal support of staff while utilizing a SRAP affordable housing voucher. Individuals live in shared two-bedroom apartments. The property is supervised by the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI ) and staffed by peer specialists, who offer support with household management and skill building for a few hours a day. The individuals who reside at Quaker Hill also receive support from RHD Delaware ACT – New Castle.
