New Foundations/YALE
New Foundations is comprised of group homes for adults with mental health diagnosis. The program is located in the community and provides supervision, training, and guidance in daily living skills. Programming and service delivery is guided by the principles of recovery to assist individuals to achieve life goals.
The Young Adult Learning Environment (YALE) provides additional educational, vocational, and social supports to better meet the needs of younger individuals 18 to 22 years old.
