Hope Springs and The CHALET

Hope Springs is a Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) program.  The Northampton County home is an all-inclusive CRR and services ten adults. The Lehigh County Home is an enhanced CRR home serving six adults. All residents have been diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness.

The program promotes consumer independence and personal growth by providing permanent residences for individuals living with serious symptoms of mental illness in a supportive community environment. Program services include: access to primary and specialized health care services, medical nursing services, medication management, recreation activities, case management, life skills training, and access to community resources.

The CHALET (Community of Hope, Advocacy, Learning, Empowerment and Triumph) is a three-person therapeutic, residential program for persons re-entering the community after psychiatric hospitalization. The CHALET promotes individual independence and personal growth by using the principles of Psychiatric Rehabilitation.
