Delaware IDD Services

In Delaware, RHD offers two services designed to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

IDD – Residential Habilitation

RHD’s Delaware IDD – Residential Habilitation supports individuals in developing skills for daily living, community engagement, socialization, and inclusion. It focuses on fostering adaptive skills to help individuals live successfully in community settings. Our program goals and implementation strategies of delivering quality services are based on Person-Centered Planning, safe community inclusion and participation, improving life skills, self-independence, and sufficiency.

IDD – Behavioral Consultation

RHD Behavior Analysts help individuals and families understand challenging behaviors and develop practical strategies to improve daily functioning, communication, and independence. Through assessment, personalized recommendations, and ongoing support, our behavior analysts work collaboratively with individuals, caregivers, and other support teams to address behavioral concerns, build positive skills, and promote success at home and in the community. Services are tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals with a focus on improving quality of life and long-term outcomes.
