Delaware Group Homes

RHD Delaware Group Homes provides 24/7 residential services to adults with serious mental illness. The program accepts referrals from the Delaware Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health to individuals who are approved for group home level of care. The program provides services utilizing a trauma-informed approach, along with other evidence-based practices. We focus our support on managing illness and medications, building skills of community living, maximizing quality of life, and reducing the need for inpatient hospitalizations.
