Services for Developing Children
Often, the most tragic victims of all, children warrant special attention to heal. At Family House, they live in a structured environment under their mother’s close supervision. Individual treatment plans help identify developmental delays and the effects of abuse and trauma, which we address through:

Family House is sensitive to the great need for the healing of our children through therapeutic interventions and provides a safe haven for children where they can explore the imaginary world of play and receive inner healing for the trauma and abuse they have experienced.
Family Reunification
Our Child Development Specialist provides assistance with family reunification for mothers whose children are under protective services. Our staff works diligently to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in Family House and in the community, while coordinating visits, outings, and special events to help facilitate the reunification process.
