The Access Team

The Access Team provides organizational support to every program at Resources for Human Development. Clinical experts in various fields – including an elite team of occupational therapists – are available at a moment’s notice to help solve problems in the field. The Access Team helps ensure that every client in every program receives individualized care of the highest quality.

A unit of RHD does not need to seek outside training, or find a workshop or search out an expert in another corporation to address an issue or solve a problem. Development for the corporation or clinical expertise for the employees is just a phone call away, including counseling, training and education. The Access Team focuses on personal attention, but for units in a remote location, the Access Team maintains a network of experts for assistance.

The Access Team focuses on problem solving, offering trainings, consultations and specialized services. Everything from nutrition and diet, customer service and occupational therapy to employee assistance through the Helping Hands program (a service that provides counseling for employees and their families) is administered through RHD’s Access Team.

The Access Team also offers the Leadership Development Program, which helps provide continuing education for career advancement, and prepares employees to become better leaders at RHD.
