RHD provides employment progams in the following states:

Pennsylvania

RHD provides employment, training and job retention services to more than 1,000 economically disadvantaged adults through nine programs in the Philadelphia area. These programs provide a variety of job readiness training, employer-specific skills training, job retention and work experience services and are largely targeted to TANF recipients who are making the transition to work as benefits are phased out. RHD employment programs are also targeted to economically disadvantaged young adults, ex-offenders and consumers who are homeless.
