RHD has been helping fledgling nonprofits get off the ground since its inception in 1970. RHD's New Beginnings Nonprofit Incubator, which was formalized as a program of RHD in 1982, now provides small and startup nonprofit programs with the support and resources they need to build their capacity and effectiveness. Its mission: to enhance the Philadelphia region's nonprofit landscape by helping small, community-based programs grow, build skills, and maximize their impact.
