RHD operates outpatient and residential mental health programs in the following states:

Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania

Our licensed homes and facilities provide traditional treatment services as well as specialized programs tailored to each consumer. We develop services that address the unique needs of each consumer, neutralize the effects of prolonged institutionalization and support each consumer in making a successful adjustment to less restricted living in the community. Residential services focus on the most difficult populations, including ex-offenders and other consumers with co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorders and co-occurring mental illness and mental retardation.

RHD's day services include: life skills and socialization training; vocational training, job placement and retention counseling; and case management that supports recovery and independent living.

Individual service plans are based upon flexible supports that address the ever changing needs of consumers and include support for family members and input for service design from consumers, their families and advocates.
