RHD operates two Community Health Centers in public housing neighborhoods in Philadelphia. The centers utilize a nurse-practitioner model to deliver high quality primary health care, behavioral health services and prevention programs to a predominantly poor, urban population. The centers have won numerous awards and national recognition as a "best practices" model of health care delivery.
