"Chester - The staff at Chester YouthBuild congregates by the door each morning, ready to greet students as they enter the building.
At the beginning of the school year, the greetings are hardly acknowledged by the students, who might mumble a response in reply. But as fall gradually succumbs to winter, the students’ attitudes often slowly shift, too. Eventually, the students are equally excited to greet the staff.
It’s a subtle sign, but it’s one that demonstrates the effectiveness of Chester YouthBuild, an alternative education and employment-training service for at-risk youth ..."
