The RHD IT Help Desk is a Web-based system for requesting and managing information technology service requests that will provide RHD employees with a single point of contact.

Implementation Schedule

The Help Desk will first be rolled out at the RHD Central Office so that we can easily address problems and questions. We will then notify programs as we bring additional units online with the Help Desk.

Central Office will begin submitting IT requests through the Help Desk on Wednesday, April 6, 2005.
