It's important for a parent to know that
their son or daughter is taken care of and they have the 24
hour per day supervision and they have opportunities to go
to dances, activities, and functions in groups or individually…
the fact that they have people who are helping them to learn
how to cope with their everyday problems in their home life
& apartments…it's important for parents to know
they're continually growing…

For a couple of months I was busy with
my other son's wedding and didn't interact with the program
as much as I normally do. I was able to trust that good things
were going on and that good care was being delivered. And
the staff was supportive of my son's outside activities-he
was best man at his brother's wedding, and they listened to
his endless stories about that and coached and encouraged
him about the upcoming event. I am very pleased.

John Nicely, from your RSS program,
fights for quality life options for consumers EVERY DAY. I
have a photograph of John hugging Tony and Domenic, on the
front doorstep of the house they were able to buy; and John
looks like he died and went to heaven! This is your employee's
life investment.

I would say that you're not afraid
to take difficult cases, behavior and medical. One individual
here, there were not a whole heck of a lot of responses for
him, and RHD came up to the plate, and said, 'Hey, we can
try it.' And you're quite successful.
