RHD has developed and supported programming and initiatives of interest to foundations hoping to make an impact on our society.

Programs funded by gifts from foundations, corporations, and individuals include:

• Endow-A-Home, providing permanent homes and social work services for homeless mothers and children;
• Artreach, enabling disadvantaged and disabled adults and children to experience music, dance, theater and museum opportunities;
• Compeer, matching volunteer friends to people with mental illness who live in the community;
• Environmental Air Force, providing pro bono aviation services by volunteer pilots to conservation and environmental organizations;
• Prison Literacy Project, coordinating community volunteers to tutor inmates;
• and many others.
