Description |
A residence for former Philadelphia State Hospital residents, Woodland Heights is an alternative to institutions or other rehabilitation facilities. Its distinctive approach to care for residents includes a focus on developing practical life skills, integration into the community, and relationship development. Residents are helped to prepare for independent living in a supportive setting. |
