Description |
Point to Point is a one-to-one personal, escorted transportation program for people who are disabled, or people who cannot drive and cannot easily and independently use public transportation. Point to Point provides access to medical appointments and other activities. Anyone who might benefit from time-convenient transportation provided with the aid of a caring escort may enroll. |
